How do I sign up?

You can easily sign up by clicking on “Make a Registration” and filling the required fields in the form correctly. Once you submit the form, you will receive an email on your email address for verification.
After verification, you are good to use your account on The Virtual Vision website for our various online services .

How do I post a project?

You first need to sign in to your clients account. You can post a project by going to the page “Submit a project”. You will have to fill a form, providing the specific details of your project.
You will receive a confirmation email from our team shortly, telling you that we have received your project details and we will contact you soon with more details.

How would I know the status of my project?

The Virtual Vision provides a proper dashboard where you can see the progress of your project. You can see your project details and decided timeline. You can also set different milestones along with their submission deadlines. The project will be posted on the dashboard. You can not only see the progress but also suggest changes if things aren’t going according to your taste. Status of projects will be visible to you in the tasks panel and also in the form of reports.

How do I submit my project for revision?

Our company has a record 95% approval-in-one-go rate but if you are not satisfied with the project and want to request a revision, you can select the option “Report a Compliant” and fill the form.
Our team will reach you as soon as possible and provide you a revised version at earliest. We make sure to entertain our clients until they are perfectly satisfied with the project.

How do I make a payment?

We provide a couple of options for payment. You can go for direct bank transfer, PayPal or Mastercard – whichever suits you the best.

Why is my credit card not being accepted?

Credit Cards can be declined for a number of reasons but due to security concerns, we do not get details about why your card was not accepted.
In this case, we suggest you to contact your bank service provider and seek their guidance.

Every project posted on our website gets a Program Code. Program Code is a unique set of number that identifies your project and it also means that your project is saved in our database forever.
In case of lodging a formal complaint, you will be asked to provide a Program Code.

On various freelance platforms, the company does not take responsibility of your projects whereas The Virtual Vision is completely responsible for completion of your project from the time it is posted until delivered and received a satisfactory response from clients. We are a freelance platform that brings the responsibility and authority factor online.
Does The Virtual Vision deal with companies only?
No, our clients can be a company or individuals or group of people. We are here to serve anybody who requires our services.

What if I require other services other than the ones mentioned on the website?

As of now, we are dealing in six different services – web, mobile and graphic, virtual assistance, online teaching, content writing, educational services, and fashion and textile design.
But if you have any project that does not fall in these categories then please send us an email at info@thevirtualvision.com with your project requirements. We will reach back to you with a plausible answer.

After verification, you are good to use your account on The Virtual Vision website with limited options until your profile is approved as an expert in your mentioned areas. You may be asked for a Skype interview before formally taking you as an expert in our team. You can get projects from us once you are a registered expert at our platform.

How do I get a project?

We don’t provide the option of listing our projects on our website and letting the experts apply for them. Rather, we contact the experts ourselves considering their specific expertise stored in the database. We also look for clients’ feedback history for an expert before assigning work. Work is only assigned to the experts with good clients’ feedback and to the experts having extensive related background for a specific project. Client satisfaction is our prime objective and we never compromise on this prime objective of ours.
Once you receive a project offer for us. You must study it thoroughly to analyze your feasibility of this work with respect to deadlines, required quality and offered price and must only accept the work on the basis of these factors otherwise you can deny the project offer right from our platform. Offer denial does not create any bad impact on the profile of expert.

How would I update the status of my project?

The Virtual Vision provides a proper dashboard where you can see and update the progress of your project. You must follow different milestones set by the client along with their submission deadlines. All the project related communication will be performed through your expert dashboard. Our management system provides all the options to work right from this platform. Status of projects will be visible to you in the tasks panel and also in the form of reports. All your financial details will be listed in the reports section of your profile.

To what extent am I liable for making revisions?

We follow a comprehensive system to deal both clients and experts appropriately. Therefore, we first develop very clear terms and conditions with the clients and then we develop terms and conditions with the experts based on those clients’ terms. You must take up a project considering the terms and conditions offered to you. In those terms and conditions support after work conditions are also listed and you will be liable to provide the support based on those terms.

What is the process of payment?

We will deposit your monthly earnings to your bank account for all the work done and completed within the last month. The payments will be made by the date of 3 each month.

Therefore you are liable to produce the desired quality of work which was initially agreed during the finalization of terms and conditions. You will not be able to claim for compensation if you fail to satisfy the clients with the quality of work because in that case we will also be unable to claim the same from client.
