Terms and Conditions

This page describes the work terms and conditions of Virtual Vision with its Clients. Kindly go through these terms thoroughly and ensure your compliance with these while you are working with us. Please follow each instruction, as it is, so that whole work is completed smoothly, without any conflicts among the stakeholders.

Payments

• In our task agreement, we will propose a payment schedule as per our standard in which we will divide the project into phases i.e. 1 to 5 phases. And at the end there will be one project approval phase. Payments will become due after the approval of each phase. Payment of final approval phase can take up to one month, to be due, so that you can carefully review and examine the whole work and ask for any revisions if you need.
• Due payments must be made on monthly basis, up to the 1st of a month, for all the work done during the last month.
• We do track the record of the Clients’ work for the Company - number of completed orders, payment history, etc. This record is available in the Client's personal Account in the control panel and in the form of reports. You can check the updated status of your working at any time and if you find any difference then you can notify this to us.
• If you feel the need of any major modifications in the existing requirements which are already completed or if you need to add extensions to existing requirements then kindly let us know formally and we will quote on this by adjusting the overall price.

Work Acceptance

• We target to deliver you the work phase wise, much before the phase deadline so that you may have enough time to review the output of the phase. If you find any weaknesses in the work or need improvements, then you can let us know and we will ensure to timely get you back with your desired changes. Once the work is approved for a phase, that phase is considered as complete and its payment becomes due. Although we will be available for any changes in any previous phase up to the final project approval phase.
• If you are not satisfied with the progress of current expert/team of experts, then you can give us feedback and then, if necessary, we can either make changes in the team or adopt our work strategy to meet your specific requirements, without impacting the pre-defined work deadlines.
• Because our work is based on phases/milestones, you as client and we as management do have enough time to modify our strategies without compromising on quality. You will, even have the option to terminate the project during any given phase and if the reason of termination is that you are not satisfied and you don’t want to continue, despite our assurance, then we will not charge you anything for that phase. Client satisfaction is our prime objective and we believe that if our client is not satisfied for any reason then we don’t have any right to claim compensation for that. Although we never face such situation because of strong management and check and balance system.

TimeLine

• Our comprehensive management system ensures that work never gets late and we target to deliver you phase wise work much before the agreed timeline.
• But, at times, there are some unavoidable circumstances because of which we may not submit you work on agreed time. These reasons may mainly relate to the emergencies in the personal life of any expert. But we will timely inform you about any delays that we may expect, along with the reasons of delay.

• Virtual Vision plays a managerial, intermediate and quality assurance role between the clients and professional work force. Our motive is to develop an ideal work environment and retain healthy professional relations among different stakeholders.
  
  • In our selection of professionals, we do ensure that they are highly professional, know and follow the work ethics and can exhibit a tremendous attitude in their personal and professional dealings.
  • We also train our experts to maintain best ethical standards so as to keep our clients satisfied, easy and relaxed while working with us and that their tone is polite, decent and flexible.
  • We ensure that our experts have innovation and progressiveness in their approach so that they can deliver the best quality work rather than just filling the formalities.

Communication and Availability

• In this type of virtual work, smooth communication is a very important element. So it is quite important for us to be easily available for each other, all the time.
  
  • When our experts are working on your projects, they may occasionally need to ask you questions where they need. So kindly ensure to be available on all the mediums of communication i.e. call, sms, skype and whatsapp. These communication methods will work as alternates in case there is some issue with others.
  • If there are any changes in the requirements, kindly update us on the right time so that efforts may not get wasted.
  • If you need to update us on anything, then in case of any enquiry from us, you must update us with the right status rather than not replying at all.
  • Although we already ensure smooth communication from our side, but in case we can’t get the right update against your queries from our expert, because of any emergency, we will still provide you timeline for providing the update. Our purpose is to keep you updated all the time.
• You must perform all the communication on the Virtual Vision Management platform. It has all the functions to meet your smooth communication requirements. Never try to get direct with the experts through your communication by sharing or getting contact information. A strong check and balance is imposed on this and any such attempt will lead to the termination of your account and all the currently assigned work

Revisions
We do provide comprehensive support to our clients and completely facilitate them to have a product much better than their expectations. There is a predefined period of support/revision of work in which we are always available to address your said requirements unless these don’t deviate from the initial agreed requirements. After that we release the resources of your project for the next projects in sequence.

Payments

• Payments will be made on monthly basis, up to the 5th of a month, for all the work done during the last month.
• Payments will be transferred on the bank account provided by you.
• The Company reserves a right to change the Payment Dates due to sudden/unexpected circumstances/technical difficulties. In such a case Experts will be notified via phones/emails.
• Evaluation of a work takes time but if, at the time payment, a specific work is completed but not evaluated then, although, the amount will be paid for that work but it will be considered as advanced until work is finally approved.
• We do track the record of the Expert's work for the Company - number of completed orders, payment history, etc. This record is available in the Expert's personal Account in the control panel and in the form of reports. You can check the updated status of your working at any time and if you find any difference then you can notify this to us.

Work Acceptance

• There are two types of work output. One is the output which may be evaluated against the predefined and agreed requirements. This type of output is called measureable output. Another form of output is non-measurable output in which we cannot determine the success/failure of a task, rather it may only be determined by the client and he/she has to decide whether any further revisions over work are possible for them or they want to declare the work as failed. Academic work comes under the non-measureable work category. Its evaluation depends on the teacher only and neither of client, expert or virtual vision will be in the position to determine its success or failure.
• For the tasks of measureable nature, the expert has to deliver each milestone before its specific deadline and has also to ensure the revision of work within its given deadline. If expert fails to deliver the agreed results with required revisions upto its deadline, the client has the right to impose a penalty of upto 5% payment and same will be deducted from the payment of expert. Although, expert may share the reasons of delay with us and if the reasons sound genuine, then we can try to resolve this conflict between client and expert in order to help the expert save his/her effort. For the tasks of measureable nature, the client has the right to terminate project at any stage, releasing the payment of work done upto that time.
• For the tasks of non-measurable nature, we have to accept whatever the feedback of client is and we cannot argue with the client on this. We don’t get any payment of failed/rejected work from our clients for the work of this nature. It is so because it has no worth for the clients and so we cannot claim for any compensation.
• Although we don’t get any payment of failed/rejected work for the work of non-measureable nature, The Virtual Vision follows a unique policy of its nature which is as follows:
  
  • We don’t exclusively want to deny the effort of experts because of rejection and so we do pay 25% of payment, still, from our own budget.
  • But this exercise will not leave a good perception about the expert and we will avoid sharing work with the expert in future if his/her failure ratio is higher.

TimeLine

• You are liable to submit the required output up to its agreed deadline.
• If you fail to do so, our automated system will retain all the data of late submissions and it will surely impact your future working with us. We can deny assigning future work to an expert if ratio of his/her late submission is higher.

Professional Attitude and Work Ethics

• Expert attitude/behaviour is a very important factor. You are supposed to be quite supportive, cooperative, innovative, and flexible in your approach.
  
  • Your professional attitude must be such that you must target to satisfy the client more than their expectations rather than just filling the formalities.
  • You must always remain nice and polite with the client and admin even if you get bad remarks about your work.
  • There must be innovation and progressiveness in your approach. For this reason the client will like to work with you again in the future projects.
  • We can also monitor the communication history of an expert anytime to determine his/her attitude/behaviour. This will impact future assigning of work to that expert.
• Before accepting any work offer, you must thoroughly read the terms and conditions of the work which will include deadlines, quality requirements, price and other things and must accept the offer only if you can meet the requirements of the client. If you have any doubts then you can clarify these by asking questions from the client.
• For the writing tasks, Plagiarism is a quite serious offense! This would straight away lead to the cancellation your account and all work agreements because we consider plagiarism as intentional dishonesty. We can give chances to an expert who makes mistakes but intentional dishonesty is not bearable.
• It is your responsibility to keep all the information about Jobs confidential. Deliver the Service(s) only to the Company and not to sell/share/donate it to any third parties. Intellectual property rights are transferred to the client for all the submitted Services to the Company.
• Use only one username with the correct and up to date personal information. Working under multiple or fake Accounts (user names) is strictly prohibited.
• All the information received from the Experts is kept in complete confidentiality and is not sold/shared with any third parties. For detail information, please view the Privacy Policy at the Website.

Communication and Availability

• While you are working on some task, we need your constant availability to review the work on time, in case there is any requirement of revision.
  
  1. You must be available on all the mediums of communication i.e. call, sms, skype and whatsapp. These communication methods will work as alternates in case there is some issue with others.
  2. If you are not meeting the deadlines for any reasons, then in case of any enquiry from us for work update, you must update us with the right status of work rather than not replying at all.
  3. If you feel that, for any reason, you cannot continue working on an assigned project then please inform us on the right time before its too late so that work may be assigned to any other expert on time.
  4. In this case Virtual Vision will have exclusive right to decide about the amount to be paid for work done.
  5. Smooth communication from expert will be one of major determinants of future work assignment.
• You must perform all the communication on the Virtual Vision Management platform. It has all the functions to meet your smooth communication requirements. Revisions

• Revisions are not paid separately; they are the part of initially committed price.
  
  • You are highly advised to carefully complete all the requirements of the task because client has the right to ask even for dozens of revisions if he/she is not satisfied.
  • If you fail to make yourself available for the revisions, certain deductions are made from your payment. These deductions will base on the amount which we pay to any other expert for revision.
